    Lemon blast question

If I breed a male lemon blast to a normal female would I get the same babies as if I bred a female lemon blast to a normal male?

You would except that no one would "waste" a valuable 2 genes female with a normal male , when you can use the female to hit on a triple or quadruple genes combo instead.

I saw derrick demeyer on you tube say that if you breed a spinner blast to a normal you would get all kinds of different morphs and I have a friend that will sell me a spinner blast male for 250.00 and if I bred him to one of my pastels or normal girls I would get a very cool clutch.

Have you played around with any of the online calculators available to do virtual pairings? They helped me a ton when first starting to think about ball pythons and help to satisfy my cravings now because actual breeding for me is still a couple of years out.

Do not waste a 0.1 Lemonblast with a 1.0 Normal.

    Good reading here:

    Lemon blast question

Try to add a third gene man or super size it with a pastel. Mojave, spider, lesser, black pastel...pick one and go with it dude. It's all about improving on what you have not just settling with the normals. You can breed the male with up to 3 females. DO IT!

    Re: Lemon blast question

I would definitely go to my pastel 0.1 I was just using that as an example because Eric Demeyer used a 1.0 normal as an example. My question is do the genetics go both ways. If you breed a 1.0 multi gene morph to a female normal won't that be a cheaper way to get multiple morphs cheaper.

    1.1 pastels, 1.0 lesser, 0.1 spider, 1.3 norm. 1.0 fire 0.1 RTB 0.0 sav. Mon.
    0.3 normal 1.1 pastels 0.1 spider 1.0 fire 1.0 lesser 1.0ringer 0.1RTB 1.0 Savannah monitor.
