    Rat Size

Well I fed my BP her last rat this week and need to replace my supply.. Since the only local show shut down I'll probably have to order from Rodent Pro. I'm not real sure what I should buy though. She was eating Weaned, every 5-7 days and would only eat one, even though I knew they were too small for her, she would still only eat one per feeding.
She now weighs in at 745g and using the 15% rule her meal should be around 112g, that's a Medium rat from Rodent Pro. I'm kind of scared she will refuse meals if I jump her up to rats that big.. Seems like they are a lot bigger than the weaned she has been eating..
I guess I could get some small and some mediums and go from there.. Do any of you feed your BP's Mediums? If so, how big is your BP compared to mine 745g ?

    I would just get smalls.
We feed most of our females 70-80 gram smalls once a week until they are 1000+ grams.
It seems to have helped us avoid the 600-1000 gram wall with several of our females also.

I'd go with smalls also. When she's at 1500g then start her on mediums.
