not sure if snake has a retained eyecap or something else
My female bp has one eye that looks cracked and dented. I have read so much stuff I am confused. Any advive would be great. She is already losing weight from not eating. She went 11 weeks then ate one adult mouse now it has been 7 weeks since then.

Any pics of the eye?
How are you housing her, how are you measuring temps and what are they, how old is the BP, and was she picky/not eating well for the previous owner?

If it looks dented my guess is low humidity/dehydration. Try soaking your BP in lukewarm water (80-85 degrees F) for 20-30 minutes. If it is low humidity/dehydration this should fix the problem.
I would advise against trying to remove a stuck eyecap. You can seriously injure a BP doing so if it is done improperly.

I would put him or her in a nice Luke warm humid soak. I use a small tub with holes and a lid. Put a softish towel on the bottom and run about an inch of warm water in it. In goes your no legged friend. Make sure cold air isn't hitting the tub. 30 minutes perhaps... Make sure little guy or gal isn't getting cold.
*note* I'm still new to this and learning as I go but it seems to me that being dehydrated does bad things to their eyes. One of the veteran herp keepers could def shed more light on this subject.
Best of luck to you...

She is in a glass tank. Heat pad and ceramic heat light both controled with thermostat. Temp 85 on hot side of tank. Having problems keeping humidity up. She is 19 months old. She was a great eater before. She used to eat once a week. We have had her since she was 4 months old.

The heat emitter and heating pad are connected to separate thermostats correct?
85 is a little too cold. It would be best if you could boost the hot side temperature to 88-92 F
How are you measuring temperatures/humidity?
How low is your humidity?

Have you tried different feeders? Like if she was on f/t before have you tried live or vice versa? Rats over mice or vice versa?

Re: not sure if snake has a retained eyecap or something else
They are on the same thermostat. Humidity is 50 percent. I am using temperature probe and just a gauge for the humidity. I have a reptifogger but can't have it on all the time because it gets too humid. Is there something I can get that will kick it on ajd off when needed?

You cannot run both a heat emitter and a heat pad on the same thermostat. You need to do one of two things:
1. get a second thermostat
2. Only plug the heat pad into the thermostat and get a lamp dimmer for the heat emitter.
Where is your thermostat probe?
Where is your thermometer probe?
Depending on your budget you could get one of these:

A herpstat 4 could run both your heat pad and heat emitter as well as control your reptifogger. (There are cheaper models as well but you won't be able to run all 3 on a single unit)
