    Question Is he a het pied? New BP owner!

    he is suppose to be 9 months old... the people I bought him from said he is a 100% het pied I only paid $50 for him

    Only way to tell is by breeding to see if he throws pieds. He does have promising tracks though.

    If they both are indeed het for pied, yes. If not, you'll just get normals.

    Actually, its possible to get crappy odds on a clutch of het to het and get NO pieds...esp if there are a small amount of eggs. You can prove it out in the first clutch if you breed it to a pied.

    He has some good markers but they are not always reliable so time and breeding will tell.

    Remember the only true guarantee is the one from a REPUTABLE breeder.
