    this is why we candle eggs

    I got some nice pictures to share with you guys .. the clutch: 9 eggs, all looking good it seems

    however on closer inspection (candling), here are the results -> 8 look great with pink colour and good veins, like this one

    and here is the ninth -> a dead lemon egg

    this egg is unfortunatelly only viable for an omelette
    still not a bad clutch result for an old 3.7kg female
    also just because I feel proud of myself here are the final season results for me, with all the clutches baking in the incubator .. out of 9 females i bred 7 had clutches, I would say a good result considering it is my first season breeding ever
