Dinner Anyone?

So I have quite a few friends in other parts of the world and while discussing pets, I told James when I visit, I want to see some of the native lizards and geckos. This digressed into going out into the country and a comment saying they were actually tasty. Now, I have a friend in Belize who's told me how to eat iguana's but James thought it a good idea to share the most 'English' recipe he could find with me for large monitors. As sad as it is, I might try one while I'm there just to see what it's like... If anyone is curious, here's how to prepare, cook, and eat a monitor, Malaysian style. Enjoy!
