    Sigh of relief!

So I'm sure I've replied to a few posts about snakes not eating and mentioning that I rescued a male pastel in september of this past year. When I got him the people who saved him from a dumpster fed him one adult mouse a week before I took him into my care. Week after week, month after month he refused meals, live, f/t, rats, mice, asf, gerbils, tried every trick in the book, and yet nothing. Last week on a whim I figured why not try to throw a live mouse in since one of my fussy babies didn't want it(I had been trying every two weeks since odds were he wasnt going to take it, acting scared of it, or trying to run and hide, or just no interest at all)... and BAM! I didn't even have the mouse in the tub yet and he snatched him from my hand. So Yay Samson! Through out his whole fast I kept a record of his weight and he only fluctuated up or down the same 60g for the 10 month span.
So for all of you who fear that your snake will just diiieeeeee if it doesn't eat every week, don't give up there is still hope! lol..

I understand the dance thing! My latest addition, not a snake but an eastern box turtle baby/yearling finally ate today that I could actually see!! I was jumping up and down, updating friends! Lol, I remember when my latest snake Samantha ate for me, it's just the biggest feeling of relief!!!!
