ID on this type of monitor??

Just saw this guy on the show Terra Nova. Cant seem to find out what species of monitor this is. Can anyone help out? Large monitor this one prolly close to 5 feet but 4 at least.

sorry my bad found some better ones. the animal was supplied by a gold coast snake shows. Here are some better pics of the monitor in particular.
