Shedding Humidity Question
I have a question about when I should bump the humidity for my BP shed. I think he's getting ready again...his belly looks kinda pinkish to me compared to previous...
i just noticed today (which would put this around day 1-3 of the shed cycle??)
when should I increase the temp and the humidity??
my temps have been running kinda high anyway (89 and 80) so what should I bump them up to??
ill post a photo in an edit in a few minutes

There is no need to bump your temps up for a shed.
I bump up humidity as soon as I see the first signs of a shed coming.

Shedding Humidity Question
i never bump up temps. i just start lightly misting them once a day every day until they shed as soon as i notice they're going into their cycle. perfect sheds every time. if you're in a tank instead of tubs you might wanna mist more.

Maybe I'm bad, but I don't even really keep track of humidity for the balls, because they're in a rack system or tubs. For my colubrids in the tanks, I mist once a day when they're going into shed, and with the balls (because I'm lazy) I just spill a little (a LITTLE, like two tablespoons) of their water bowl onto their paper towels once a day. Again, just during the shed cycle. Perpetually damp paper towels are never good. Anyhow, I always have perfect sheds, so I figure I must be doing something right.
