Hey guys,

So my boyfriend and I are very excited for next week, because last December we won a trip to San Diego, California from Green Mountain Coffee where they are paying for our airfare, 5 star hotel for 2 days, a spa package and rental car. We were able to pick the date sometime in 2013, so what weekend was the first thing we thought of...Reptile Super Show weekend on July 6-7, duh!

I was curious, what is the experience like? Is it really the biggest reptile expo in the world? Does it live up to its name?

Since we are from the east coast and flew there, how are the vendors with paying for animals and then paying for some kind of shipping? What is their idea for that? We have never been to a reptile expo where we couldn't take animals back home with us. Let's just say we don't plan on buying anything...but going to the "biggest expo in the world" might mess up that idea....

Also, any other fun things, reptile related and not, that you would recommend in that area? I've done tons of research on activities but I haven't been there in forever so I'm sure I could be missing a lot.

Thank you!

K
