Black Pastel Lesser (male)
I just got my first ball python! It looks like he is going to shed any day. I tried to get some pics but he was very curious of the new environment and wouldn't sit still.
http://imgur.com/a/U3YIS for an album, better pics of him outside of the container.

Thank you. I wanted a morph because lets face it, they look cool but also because I have no idea what I might want to do 5-10 years down the road. I know almost nothing about the genetics side of things. I just thought he looked nice and then I was told he was a combo or something. Makes me interested to learn more about morphs and how things work. He's still a baby though

Does he look healthy to you guys? Now I'm a little confused.. I asked the seller how often they were feeding him, I wasn't sure if he needed to be fed evey 7 days, 10 days, etc. They told me he was eating one large mouse every 2 weeks. I planned on feeding him a mouse every 7 days, I don't want to "power feed" but if he is only 6 months old he's still young... Right?
I checked on him this morning and he was out on top of his hide, he heard me and went into the classic S-pose. I'm considering buying him something to eat today and seeing if he'll take it. His eyes are still capped but I feel like he's probably hungry. He wasn't aggressive or anything by any means yesterday before I put him in his new home. I know he's shedding in the pictures but he looks alright, right? Lol, now I'm all nervous/worried!
