New to Ball Pythons, would this set-up be okay?

I'm getting a second hand Ball Python next week. He is a male and one and a half years old and I am very excited to finally get him!

He is about 2 and a half feet long, so I was wondering is a vivarium with the dimensions 86cm width, 42cm height, 37.5cm depth, big enough for when he is a fully grown adult?

Also the seller is selling the full setup, including:
    - 3ft Vivexotic Vivarium (86cm width, 42cm height, 37.5cm depth)
    - Vivarium lock and key
    - 2ft RUB for feeding
    - Feeding tongs
    - Temperature gauge
    - Humidity indicator
    - Heat mat
    - Large Exo Terra Cave (PT2853)
    - Meduim Exo Terra Cave (PT2852)
    - 2ft treated branch (for climbing and shedding)
    - Water bowl
    - Water spray (to control humidity)

I done a little research and everything seems in order but just wanted to double check with people that know more than me

    Thanks

    GNR

Sounds like what you have you can make work. Just a couple things I didn't see a thermostat listed. Thermostat is a must, and I recommend you get a good one herpstat or VE to name a couple. Without it your snake could be severely burned by unregulated heat mat. Also your two hides should be identical and setup on opposite sides of terrarium. Be sure to get a digital thermometer with probe and or infrared temp gun to properly keep track of your temps. No need for seperate tub for feeding, feed in terrarium, its more stressful for the snake to be moved back and forth.

I have to second the thermostat comment. I plugged my UTH directly into the power strip by accident when Pandora came home from the snake-sitter and it got up to 117 degrees really fast. Fortunately Pandora was out of her tank at the time. You can get them online or at your local hydroponics store. Or you can get a lamp dimmer at a hardware store and use that.

As far as feeding in or out of the enclosure- your snake won't get aggressive if you feed in the tank, so it's not necessary, but some people prefer it. The argument is that it will stress out your snake and/or you are more likely to get bit handling a snake in feeding mode. It really depends on you and your snake...

I don't think anybody should ever feed out of enclosure, ever. All it does is stress your snake and even if they do eat fine out of their enclosure, you're still having to handle a snake that is in feeding mode and that can easily get you bit. Also, handling a snake right after they eat can cause issues. I've only ever gotten bit if I was stupid and reached into a tub while I smelled like rat or if I went in too soon after feeding to mess with water bowls or whatever.

Okay il definitely get a thermostat and digital thermometer to keep a close eye on the temperatures. But is the terrarium size sufficient for now and when he's an adult?

The tank size is fine now (it's pretty close to a 20 gallon long, right?) and probably for a good while. I was told a full grown ball should be in a 40 gallon tank. You can look up those dimensions online.

    When do we get pictures?
