I need some advice on if this is normal or should I take to the vet.
On my bp's mouth i have notice some dark color on his bottom jaw/lip right in the front under where his tongue comes out.
Now my bp always had a dirty looking mouth, meaning not pure in color.
But right on the bottom on the last row of scales before going into his mouth it looks dark across it kinda like it was hit with a quick coat of paint and didn't cover well.
It looks like it's in the scales.
I hadn't notice this before until after his last shed.
His mouth is clear and pink inside.
Could his last shed produced this color or do you think it could be something else.
All other aspects he is fine. Eats and drinks just fine.
    Thanks,
    J

yeah I got to get myself a decent camera.
If he needs to go to the vet, no big deal we have a good reptile vet like 20 mins away. I just don't want to stress him out with a vet trip if I am just being silly.
    Thanks
