Need help w/ feeding 8day old orphans

As of this morning, I have ten 8day old orphans. Can they be saved?
Also have two other ratmoms with twelve 3day olds each. Can they help?
Any formula, bottle ideas etc suggestions/advice needed as well?
    Thanks so much.

You can have some of the other moms foster the pups. But I wouldn't put all of them in with the foster mama because they may out compete their own younger litter.

You can also bottle feed Kitten formula with a small syringe every 2 hours. You can find already made formula in a can at any pet store.
