First clutch of the season is here!

Got my first clutch of eggs this season about 2 weeks ago! I paired up my 600 gram red female with my 70 gram axanthic male:




And here is the lock!


Here she is laying:


And finally! 18 good eggs. So in about 50-60 days I should have some nice reds het axanthic.

I can't wait for them to hatch. They are going to be big worms too! I thought I'd get a lot of eggs given the size of the female, but instead I got bigger eggs. I'm hoping to get some females with the male's level of contrast and the female's red coloration.
