Visible heartbeat?
So, Lilith shed yesterday. I gave her a day to settle into her new skin and bought a mouse for her today. Anytime I take the lid off of her tank, she comes slithering out of her hide and up to the top. While she was climbing up, I was checking out her belly and noticed 2-3 "ba-bumps" that poked through her scales. I've not seen this before, so it startled me. My question is, should you be able to visibly see your snake's heartbeat? I googled it and found some things that said you can see it if you look close enough....but I mean...this wasn't subtle or anything. It was a very profound BA-BUMP through the skin. Should I be worried or was she perhaps just a bit more excited for food than usual? (I don't feed during shed cycles)

I wouldn't be concerned if she has good body mass and is generally healthy.

Yes, heart beats can be visible. Pretty normal.
My vet pointed it out to me last time I took a rescue in to get a culture done.
