    Reptile basics

    Does anyone know if RB is open on weekends? I placed an order on line for some rodent watering supplies and PayPal sent the payment but I must have done something wrong with RB because I haven't received any type of notification from them and I paid extra for upgraded shipping.

    1.1 pastels, 1.0 lesser, 0.1 het blurry, 0.1 spider, 1.1 norm. 0.1 dinker,
    0.3 normal 1.1 pastels 0.1 spider 1.0 fire 1.0 lesser 1.0ringer 0.1RTB 1.0 Savannah monitor.

    no clue to be honest, i tried contacting them with a pricing quote 2 months ago and have yet to get a reply from them.

    That's Strange Because Rich usually responds Immediately... I always getting response same day if i use Questionnaire on RBI web page .. and never had issue with order either...

    Only one thing comming to mind.. he could be attending show so is possible that is a delay with communique....

    I have never tried to contact them on the weekend but I know I always get my shipments in a couple days from them.
    Emails and phone calls have always been quick as well.

    you might try again but some how I find it hard to believe that Rich hasn't contacted you unless you sent an email that went to the spam folder.

    I emailed RB on a weekend expecting a replay sometime after Monday AM. To my surprise Rich responded within a couple of hours. It wasn't even anything real important.

    I've done businesss with him before and got quick response. I'm sure either I'm doing something wrong or he is busy. I'm sure he has a life too. What ever the issue I'm sure it will be handled. I might have done something wrong on my smart phone.

    i would hope it didn't go to a spam folder, was a pretty pricey order i was inquiring about. i am not worried or trying to bad mouth them in anyway.

    I agree with this. I called Rich several times about my racks before I ordered them and he was very timely in his responses on the phone and through the questionnaire thing. It wouldn't surprise me if he's at a show. I would send another message to be sure.
