Will ferret smell stress my snake out?

I keep my ball python in the same room as my 2 ferrets. My friend, who also has ferrets, told me that they had a boa once but she had to rehome it because the smell of her ferrets stressed it out. I dont know if that would really be a problem so I thought i'd ask. I've had my bp for about a week now and he seems to be doing okay. He's eating and stuff. Ferrets aren't rodents, so I don't think the snake would see/smell them as prey.

Re: Will ferret smell stress my snake out?

I keep rats and ferrets in the same room as my snakes just fine. Ferrets don't care about snakes. And BPs don't care about ferrets.
    You'll be fine.
