Urgent Help Needed. Travis where are you!?

I finally hit what I was looking for. A Paternless, Mack Snow, Rainwater Albino, Eclipse (pretty sure on the mack snow part). There is a problem though. This guy had a hard time getting out of the egg, and is dragging the yolk sack around with it. The cord is wrapped around its legs. I tried to get the best pic I could. What can I do? Will it be OK? I have it on some damp paper towel in its own tub. I hatched out an identical sibling today, minus the visual eclipse gene. What do you guys think?

If you look close enough you can see the clear cord wrapped above and around its hind legs.
