    HELP! opinions needed

So long story short, finally got the updated lease for my new apartment, apparently among mini horses and ferrets, snakes are one of the only things not allowed. I am a little annoyed and let down because you could say iv been waiting years for this. i JUST got my animal plastics T8, with just about everything on it / with it. Im trying to think of what other reptiles i could keep in there for now, i have a few ideas but doesn't hurt to ask around. It can be divided into two sections for smaller animals. The only other Herps i keep are some darts.

    Thanks in advance,
    Patrick Josey

Is it too late to pick a new new apartment? You should be able to get out of a lease if they changed it after you signed.

Or you could get your pet snake written into the lease as an exception? Just a thought.

    Leopard geckos come to mind.

I agree with the above. It never hurts to ask. Education is the key!

But if those two options don't work, how about a bearded dragon? Get an older juvie or young adult - that should go very well in a T8 if you can install the proper lighting. And they are very personable lizards....

Its complicated, we could change but at this point its just not worth it, plus this is the only downside. I was told to contact a higher up manager to possibly get an exception so maybe there is hope? we will see. leopard geckos was a thought, never really considered a beardie, but i have seen some cool morphs lately.
