I just see a normal ball python baby. They tend to have very light/bright colors in their first few weeks of life that will fade to more brownish hues as they grow. Nice dark contrasts though...very pretty!

Looks like a pastel to me. No OD.
Orange pastels will brown out a lot more than bright yellow ones.

Normal bright baby hatchling. As said, after it starts getting older it will darken up and will lose that orange color.
