Could be, hard to tell from those pictures though. One way to see an ovy is to hold her vertically and look at her underside. If she's got a "beer-belly", most likely an ovy! Hopefully she's got eggs in there for you.

Looks like she is still building.
It is pretty obvious when they really do Ovy. They literally blow up!
And you will see "tail suck" basically it looks like everything is getting sucked out of their tail and it will be very skinny.
Also DO NOT pick a female up and let her hang during Ovy!
