So in puling out my burmese female she rolled her eggs around while getting her out, will this kill the babies?

If the eggs are good, a bit of movement, even rolling, shouldn't hurt them.

As long as they are placed the exact same way they where when you found them sometimes you can save them, sometimes not, depends on how bad the rolling was to be honest.
