Just ordered my new Reptile Basic hide boxes.

Hey guys! So I heard alot of great reviews about the Reptile Basics hide boxes. They are so cheap and I heard they work great. What are your good experiences with them? Did I make a good choice?

They're extremely easy to clean, inexpensive, and super durable. Great for racks and non-display settings - I like them so much I even use them for our blue tongue skink colony at our breeding center.

I'm sure you could probably decorate with hot glue and naturalistic looking supplies to use it in a display tank.

I use them and like them a lot, easy to clean, it seems like the snakes prefer them because the opening is offset. The only thing I would prefer would be another size between the small and medium.

I love them. The best out there, imo. Easy to clean, durable, and they provide the snakes the security they like.

The snakes seem to like them. The offset door on the large allows my 820g male to go in and scoot over into complete darkness so I can't see any of him.

My 1600+g male is big enough to fit the large relatively snugly, but the door was a bit too narrow for him to get in comfortably. Despite being thick plastic, I was still able to widen it with a soldering iron easily enough.

They're a good price, are more appealing than kitty litter boxes, and ship super fast.
