Still no BM...when should I be REALLY concerned??

I've posted before about the problems I'm having with my ~6 month old rescue spider. Nutsell: had her for a month, took her to vet a little over a week ago due to no fecal in that month, decided to take her based on advice from people here and the fact that she felt hard to me. Vet took an xray, gave her enemas, prescribed flagyl and lactulose for two weeks, and continued warm soaks. There were a bunch of things the vet said that rubbed me the wrong way and indicated a lack of knowledge about BPs, although she is certified as a reptile vet. So, I'm not inclined to take her back there and am on an extremely tight student budget.

With that being said, I've continued the meds as much as she'll tolerate with stress (she never showed signs of wobble until now ) and have been giving her warm baths and massages. She's produced a tiny bit of green-ish goo and urates, but no solid fecal. I've been noticing a little bit of what I hope is sausage butt, but today she feels like a balloon filled with liquid, she no longer feels hard. She's also ate this past weekend, so she now has a total of 4 mice in there which have never come out. Humidity has been kept high with a damp towel covering and frequent sprays (also a big water bowl). She's around 90g, she was 76g when I got her (hadn't eaten for 3 months, so she was completely empty), but because she's never pooped, I don't have a current empty weight. I'm trying to just give it time, but I'm wondering at what point I should be really concerned and what signs I should be on the lookout for in case things worsen? Or, do things sound normal and should I continue to just wait it out?

My other snakes are pooping and eating like machines (except my big female, but hoping she'll go back on feed as the weather warms up).

Thank you all for your continued advice. I'll try and get pictures up but I want to leave her alone as much as possible.

90 grams, so she's just a little girl. Younger balls don't poop as much, because they are growing, and use more food than comes out in waste. If she is sausage butty, me personally, might just keep an eye on her for a few days. Especially if she's eating for you. I would wonder though, why such a tiny baby wouldn't eat for 3 months?

As long as temps are good, she's moving around (even if it's during soaking/handling), she's eating, and her belly isn't distended, I wouldn't worry too much. My little lesser does this on a regular basis. She will literally look like a stuffed sausage. Not just the butt but her entire body. She eats like a horse and just takes forever to poop. When she does, she looks deflated again. Generally with impaction, they'll stop eating and/or you'll notice other signs such as a hard lump. Have you tried gently palpating her belly to see what you can feel? That might tell you if/where there is a blockage and it might also stimulate a bowel movement.

Mine went 3 months without pooping. He finally did the other day. It was probably part due to him adjusting to the new conditions and not eating as much. He acts perfectly fine though. So there, mine is an example of how long they can go(probably longer).

Oh geez, I'm going to have an aneurism if she takes 3 months to poo! Was yours consistently eating during those 3 months as well??

Re: Still no BM...when should I be REALLY concerned??

Okay, here are some photos from this evening. They are icky cell pics, but they are clear enough to see her shape and her coloring inside. Whenever I massage her and try to move things down, there is a bunch of gurgling and she feels like a bloated balloon. I hate to be so paranoid, but I've watched a gorgeous albino boa die from similar things. Would you recommend I continue feeding her as long as she's willing to take food? I like that she's eating, but I don't want her to pop!! She just ate on Sunday, but it took her almost two hours and she ate it tail first, so she has yet to refine her technique!

Mine always look like that. And a week or two later they poop. I clean pee and poop often as in two or three weeks. But when my babies were 40g-50g they hardly ever poop or pee. They were so small and skinny. I fed them every four to five days and one month later they still look skinny lol. But then they just got to 90g-100g. I don't see why you. Can't feed your baby. If it'll eat feed it . It'll poop and urate when it wants to
