2012 Morphs vs Waiting for 2013s
Hey, everyone!
I'm looking for a nice quality female Enchi and a nice quality female Butter/Lesser, but either I'm being too picky or the 2012 girls have been picked through pretty well. My question is is it worth it to wait for the new 2013 clutches to have a chance at the picks of the litters, or should I continue to hold out hope for the possibility of some 2012s to become available? I'm in no rush by any means, so I don't mind waiting for a couple of beautiful ladies.
On that note, I feel like I've looked everywhere online, but I'm always open to new ideas. Anyone have any recommendations on who to look at/where to look for quality Enchis and/or quality Butters/Lessers in the relatively near future? I've been on KS pretty much daily and I usually hit up a few of the most common breeder's sites about once a week or so for updates - of which there haven't been many lately. I assume this is because most are waiting on 2013 clutches.
Thanks for your help/insight in advance!
Eric

Im also looking for a quality enchi and most of the quality enchi breeders are pretty thinned out right now. In my opinion, if your in no hurry, then wait until the 2013 clutches hatch. That way you will have a ton more options and you will be able to choose a snake your absolutely in love with. Thats just my two cents. I always believe in quality first, so if you cant find something your in love with then I would wait.

simple don't buy any till you see one that make you go this is the one. It could be a holdback from 2012 or it could be from a 2013 clutch. you will know when you see her

This X100!
It doesn't matter if it's a 2012 that becomes available or a new 2013 hatchling. Keep looking until one jumps out at you.

Not to side track, but Maricopa? My wife and I sold our house there about a year and a half ago to move out here to Houston. Small world.

Freakie_frog makes sexy Enchi's. Try him. If he doesn't have any, they would be worth waiting for.

Babies adapt to a new environment better than one year olds do. Also, many large breeders feed live only and if they're very old, sometimes they won't switch over to f/t.

Nice! Yeah it is suprising how small it can seem sometimes. I have lived here about 3.5 years and the wife has for about 10! Definitely prefer living in this little distant(20 mile suburb) of Phoenix rather than the valley itself!

Great point! It is usually alot easier to get hatchlings to adjust compared to some yearlings and adults!
