I recently bought a male Desert Pinstripe which I will be breeding, initially, with a normal female. I understand about the issues with Desert females and breeding so I was wondering if this issue will affect all of the females from this pairing?
I am assuming that the Desert gene is an incomplete dominant with no super form or is heterozygous dominant. So if I get a female baby that does not have the desert gene (at least 50% are likely to not have it) does that also mean they wont have breeding issues?
