Hiya, new here but I have a 1 year old male normal, who seems to be in really good health besides this issue.

The temperature in the 3x2x2.5 viv is supplied by a blue moonlight bulb on a dimmer which gives a constant 79-82 cool side and 90-93 hot side with an ambient between 84-87. Humidity I am able to keep around 50-80%, it's usually 55-65 but I've bumped it up to 70-80 because he's just about to go into shed. Food wise he's eating medium to large rats (he's already over 3ft!) around once a week, strikes and takes first time as soon as he see's it pretty much. He feeds on frozen and will eat in or out of the viv, doesn't seem fussy...soooo all seems really good BESIDES when I got him he seemed to have one stuck eye cap. It was really cloudy and peely in places, where as his other eye was a nice shiney gloss black. I verrrrryyy gently rubbed the flaky cap with a moist cotton bud and the dead skin peeled back although not completely, I got a bit off but didn't want to try and get it all off for fear of stressing him out/damaging his eye at all. Anyway, one eye was always shiney and gloss, almost like it was wet/glass where as the other has always been sort of matte, almost like it has no film over it. (I am 110% certain it was only his eyecap I removed as part of it had already come off and it was clearly skin) but he just seems to have one really dull eye and one shiney one. Even though both his eyes are now blue and cloudy as he's about to shed, one is still shiney and glossy and the other is just sort of crinky/dull/matte. I'll try and get some pics later but has anyone experienced this before?
