    Slightly annoying

So my female spider het albino is THEE WORST striker in the world, if she played football she would be on the dole. Any ideas how to get her to actually hit the head and not the damn neck belly and all other parts on the side of a rat?

Paint a target on the rats head.

Lol, that's not really something you can teach your snake. Feed f/t if your worried about the snakes safety.

    Slightly annoying

I already feed F/T letting the rat defrost naturally at room temp for a good 4/5hours then giving it a blast under a ceramic heat bulb to take it to a nice warm feel, normally she gets over the fact she can't strike and gets it down backwards just like she's doing right now but the last few weeks she's spent a good hour then thought mehhhh I can't be botherd now

How big is she? Even eating a feeder backwards should not be so difficult it loses interest.

A small rat is to big for a snake that size. You should be using rat fuzzy or a mouse hopper for a snake in that range.

Your prey item should be 10-15% of the snakes weight.

Check out post six for an idea of what different prey items weigh. And it shows what a mouse is equal to compared to a rat.
