Thermostat Q...
If tha thermostats probe goes in between tha top of tha uth and tha underside of tha glass do u need a thermometer probe above tha uth inside of tha inclosure as well? Or is tha one probe from tha thermostat okay for tha hot spot? I am going to be getting a thermostat in a couple weeks and I want to be able to use my uth correctly.

Wow, I have a headache from reading this...
You need a thermometer for the hot side, near the UTH, and a thermometer for the cool side, on the furthest side of the tank. Your thermostat should correctly control the temp of the UTH. Or, more ideally, get an infrared temp gun and check your temps regularly, both cool side and hot side.

I kno both tha warm and cool sides need to have temps monitored, I wuz asking specifically about tha uth, if tha probe from a thermostat is all I need to monitor tha temps of it or if I need another probe (from thermometer) in tha cage above tha uth... do I need a thermometer probe on tha surface above tha uth or is tha thermostat probe controlling tha uth all I need to monitor tha uth... obviously I would still need to monitor tha ambient temps on both warm and cool regardless but I wuz asking jus about tha uth/thermostat situation.

Re: Thermostat Q...
And if a thermometer probe does go inside above tha uth does it go in between tha substrate and tha glass or on top of tha substrate where tha snake will be in contact? And if u could answer without tryin to make me feel dumb that would be greatly appreciated. I'm obviously asking because I don't kno....

I'm not trying to make you feel dumb at all. All the internet slang and lack of punctuation makes it all really difficult to read.
I couldn't tell you, as I don't use a thermometer with probe along with my UTH. I use a temp gun, and regular thermometers to measure my hot and cold sides. I hope this helps.

Yes, you would put your thermostat probe between your UTH and the glass tank (if that's what you're using). Cover it completed with aluminum tape to keep it from reading incorrectly as cold/cool air can cause it to increase the power to the heat mat when it doesn't need to. The aluminum tape seals out the outside air and will allow for a more accurate reading. As far as your thermometer goes, you would need two probes, one for the hot/warm side and the other for the cool side. You can silicone them in place or use a hot glue gun to secure them to the bottom of the tank on the inside (glue/silicone the probe to the glass), where your snake would be located. The substrate would then cover the probe(s) which would be secured to the glass on the bottom of the tank/terrarium. If you cover the thermometer probes with silicone or hot glue, it keeps the snake from being able to dislodge them or urinate/spill water on them and give an inaccurate reading. A temp gun is a great tool as well as it can give you a snapshot reading of the temp on both sides of your tank where the thermometer probes might be off by a few degrees or more, depending on the brand and accuracy. Reptile Basics as well as Pro Exotics both sell temp guns that are affordable and accurate; both also have excellent customer service if you're in the market for a temp gun.
If you're using a tank/terrarium, here's a great thread to look over if you need some help on getting things set up correctly:

If you're going to be using a plastic tub (Rubbermaid, Sterilite, Vision, etc.), here's a thread to look over on how to accomplish that:

Good luck and hope that helps! Take care.
