finally decided what to start with

well 3 months ago i decided i want to breed ball pythons...but damn its so hard to chose with what to start
after 3 months of obsessive research about morphs,pairings,genes,combinations... i like so many combinations ...
i think i finally decided with what to start.

so here are my final calls :

    -butter bee male -
with cinnamon female = lithium bees
    with fire female =nuclear spider

    -firefly male
    with vanilla female = v.creams/screams
    with pinstripe female =dragons fly
    enchi female = enchi cream
    butter female = butter fly

so well i need to start with a lot of females: cinnamon, fire, pinstripe, vanilla, enchi, butter.
    what do you think ?
should i reconsider and try to breed firefly male and butter bee male with other females?
if you have other ideas pls let me know.
currently i only can afford single gene females.
i am pretty sure i made my mind but i feel something else will come up...
i just hope i wont change my mind...and start getting them as soon as possible lol.

if you have other ideas about 2 gene male x 1 gene female enlighten me !
the next week i will start building my rack and get all supplies.

    thank you in advance !
( i feel i have no escape from this ball pythons madness ...and i love it )

If you can afford 4 different single gene female, you COULD just get one multi-gene female and a multi-gene male and still be at roughly the same price...but it's all about what YOU want to make

With Bps plans always change. The only thing I would say is dont slack on quality.. Its cool to nice snakes not cool to have a lot of ugly ones... If you dont have any snakes yet start with females.. I usually by babies so I can get them eating the way I want them to. I would get 3 double gene girls raise them up and a few normal breeders and grab 2 powerful males that you want to work with...

There's tons of potential with those parings and if that's what you like, I say go for it. The only thing is maybe ad another male of some kind because if one of them doesn't want to breed you'd be stuck with one boy to all those girls. I have been saved by back up males a few times. Enchi Creams have Vanilla in there so that paring would produce Enchi Fireflys .

finally decided what to start with

Get the females first! You need to squeeze all the genes out. You need to only spend the big bucks on the male.

Just my two cents of my mistake starting out. I am happy with what I have, but I now have to wait an extra year until I can breed.

Why spend the big money on males? Shoot I thought the females were the ones I should pay big bucks for?

Not sure why you're reviving such an old thread but regardless the reason why you'd want an expensive multi gene male is because it can breed ~4 females in a season and pass it's genetics into four clutches whereas a female will only ever pass its genetics into one clutch/season.
