I am not too sure on your first female and the lump you are talking about. Try palpating here....there are some good youtube videos out there on how to do that.
As far as your second female goes ,it looks as if she is building and that is a good sign. Keep pairing both of them girls up until you see an ovy.

But i notice something few weeks ago, on her glowing stage. But now when i checked her, i dont see any size on the abdomen.
Usually after the glow, how many weeks before she lays an egg?

Glowing doesn't guarantee eggs. Only an ovulation guarantees eggs (or slugs). Here is an approximate timeline for breeding: http://ballpython.ca/gallery/breeding.html

hey guys, the female on the first pic laid some eggs a week ago. thats the mom of the dehydrated egg that me and annarose talking in the other thread.

So, by back calculation, it sounds like the lump you witnessed was the beginning of her ovy (which is why it was less pronounced), and she was done by the time you looked back in on her (when the lump was gone).

Yes, ovulation usually only lasts about a day. Then, the follicles officially become eggs (or slugs). If you see an ovulation, then she is definitely going to lay something, even if it isn't fertilized/viable.
