important question about new crested gecko

Please look at my thread called breeding crested geckos, I have some questions on there. I also have one question,
I got a new crested gecko yesterday! How long should I wait before I hold him?

Im no pro but i would wait a while to handle him like a few weeks. Set him in his tank and let him get use to his new habitat. When i first got my crestie i would always want to hold him but now i just enjoy watching him move around comfortably in his tank and eating. I only take him out to weigh and measure him to record.
