Can I try it now and use it later?

Can I set up an egg tub now with the vermic in it and set it in my bator just to try it out? And then re use it when my female lays?

I highly recommend testing your incubator with an egg tub. I'm doing that now! I'm going to just use a fresh batch of vermiculite and water for my tubs, but I would assume as long as it isn't molding, you should be fine.

Ya I just wanna use it for a test then use it again when she lays. Could I let it sit out and dry after the test so it does not mold.

I don't know if simply letting it dry will prevent mold. I've got my tub in there. It's been there about 3 weeks and I'm going to keep it there until I get eggs. I guess it's up to you really. I would risk it molding and then molding my eggs. I'm just going to use fresh stuff.

I personally would dump it rather than use it. You could always just put some water in the bottom and test it that way, unless you are putting the eggs directly on the substrate-that won't really help you test for that.
