Hey,

So i understand that ball pythons are nocturnal but I saw my friends bp and he comes out a lot and basks etc.
My bp is 6months old and hides out all day and only comes out at 2am. I have a heat lamp and have the humidity and temp. perfect throughout the tank. I have a basking branch and lots of different hides. For background info, she use to come out and roam a lot more. She has already had her shed and both before and after the shed she was like this. Now i am wondering is it because she is younger or not happy in the tank? She use to come out at about 5pm and roam and chill and now she never does and i don't understand it. Any thoughts on this?
