    Possible RI?

Hello, I take pretty good care of all of my ball pythons. Last night, I noticed something odd with my male pewter. The bottom of his neck (his throat) looks a little bit swollen. There are no fluid discharge or anything like that. Another thing I noticed is that it would briefly swell, like a frog croaking, without any noise, maybe once every 30, 45 seconds.

Is this normal? None of my other BPs does this. This morning, I noticed that the swelling is gone but he still "croaks."

    Concerned.
