Coincidence? Goofy newb question.

For the last few months, several of my bps in the same rack will shed within 24-48 hours of each other. Is this just a coincidence, or do they synchronize their shed cycles when they live in close proximity?

I've never heard of bps synchronizing sheds, and haven't seen it between any of my balls or other species personally. Very interesting!

Some of mine shed at the same time. But those particular ones are all relatively the same age and size. So perhaps their growth rate is just really similar.
