Question Is my BP about to make a bowel movement or is something else wrong?

hello i am new to the forum,

I just brought home my BP Friday and this is the first i am noticing this. Saturday, is the supposed feeding day for the Petco where he/she was adopted, bu in a book i have read it says not to feed them until at least a week or two after they are introduced into their new home so i have not attempted feeding same goes with handling them due to stress factors, but i had to in order to get a good picture. I have attached a pictures of what i am seeing.

A week of completely leaving your snake alone is a common advisement for acclimating to a new home. It's just typical for keeping down the stress level and helping ensure a good appetite. Such judgments I leave to you.

I hope its just that, I am paranoid there is something wrong, i would call my vet but its too late. the last BP NAMED "KROM" I had (who i only had for 2 weeks) sadly passed away during hurricane sandy. im new to BP husbandry (if im using the term correctly) so im not familiar with all the bowel movement notions of a BP

What are the temps in your cage and how are you measuring them? What substrate are you using?

It doesn't look out of the ordinary, expect some poo soon. Might want to lay off handling so you don't get pooped on
