    Sexing questions

Im a new owner of a baby ball and iv never popped or probed before and im just curious on what sex my snake is, I know iv heard you should be experienced but Im just interested in what you guys think if its dangerous or stressful and how hard it is to do, this video ill post a link below makes it seem easy and harmless but this guy also knows what he is doing so I was wondering if its that easy. I probably wont attempt it for awhile for my snakes sake.

Sexing is harder than it looks, but like many things once you get it down it's no problem at all. The best thing you could do is find someone local to you and have them show you how in person. If you can't find anyone local then online videos are going to be your best bet. (Justin Kobylka has a youtube channel that has a bunch of great videos on it. Including one on sexing)

Improper sexing can permanently damage/injure a BP. Both popping and probing are risky, but I think that the general consensus is that probing is more dangerous than popping is.

I agree with Arron do not probe unless you are have been trained to do so. Popping is easy once you get it. Find someone with a male that way you know you are doing it right. I like the RDR method of thinking of it like a tube of toothpaste.

There is really no way to tell from looking on the outside what the sex is. I agree to get someone to show you how to pop if there is someone in your area. I am still a novice at it myself.

    Sexing questions

I would just go pay to get your ball sexed that way you don't injure your BP. Just make sure the guy really knows what he is doing.

If you have a baby, it is generally easier to pop.
