I wanted to post a thread to share my experience with my recent Dave Green champagne purchase, and to thank Dave again for how he handled this transaction.
Last week I purchased a male champagne from Dave Green through his website. I sent a couple of inquiry emails to him and he responded to every email I sent within an hour of sending them. After I sent money through PayPal, we talked back and forth about shipping. We decided to have Dave ship him Tuesday for delivery Wednesday AM. Dave packed him up nicely, got him to FedEx and sent me the tracking info. On Wednesday morning, I got to work and tracked my package, only to find out that due to a winter storm in Memphis, my shipment was delayed and was still in Indianapolis. This is the first snake I have ever had shipped, so I was already a bit anxious before the unexpected delay. Dave went above and beyond for me when he found out about the delay. He emailed Andy with SYR to see if anything could be done. Dave stayed in constant communication with me throughout the ordeal, forwarding me Andy's response that my snake wouldn't arrive Wednesday, but should be being held at an indoor facility so the temps shouldn't be an issue. Throughout the evening, I continued to communicate with Dave and we just had to hope for the best when my champ showed up.
I got to work this morning at 9 and the FedEx guy got here about 5 minutes later. The box was packed really well, but after the shipping delay the 40 hour heat pack was at the end of its life, but it did the job. My champ got here a little cold, but alive and well. He's currently under my desk warming up, but seems to be doing just fine.
Again, I just wanted to share my experience with Dave and to thank him again for going above and beyond for me. I will not hesitate to do business with Dave again, and I would recommend him to anyone who asks...
