    [Info Needed] Mice Direct

After the recall a little while ago, has anyone ordered from Mice Direct? I really can't beat their prices, the closest being Rodent Pro. Just wondering if they've recovered and a producing quality rodents again.

I use them. I have purchased everything from fuzzies to mediums. I did have one bag of weanlings that was a little stronger smelling but everything else has been fine. In fairness though, I live in the area so I have not had them delivered, I just picked up product at their location.

my past two orders have been from mice direct, and I've used them in the past as well. they are reliable, and my only gripe is that other, smaller suppliers simply do a better job. as far as any health concerns, I wouldn't worry about it. I also prefer doing business with a company that's at least up-front about any potential issues and taking the appropriate prophylactic measures than someone who denies or hides their problems.

I guess my point is mice direct is not always my first choice, but I would certainly recommend them. also, given the widespread shortages over the past few months, they're the only company with current inventory for all the damn miscellaneous sizes I need. one last note: their frozen roaches work really well for my crested gecko. something I hadn't even considered previously, but it's convenient and he would eat his body weight in those things given the opportunity.
