I have a wine cooler incubator. Last year it worked fine because I only had 1 clutch and as long as that tub was good, I was good. This year I'll hopefully have 3. This incubator has a sort if step in the back with 2' of 11" flexwatt. There's a computer fan in the back blowing down the flexwatt. Its holding 4 tubs right now. 2x2. I have a probe in the back of the upper left tub and another one in the front of the lower right one. I can get the tubs within 1.5° of each other. Do you think this is an acceptable amount of gradient? It holds temps impeccably consistent, never varying more than 0.2°. Thoughts? The OCD in me would like the temps to be as close as possible. I've tried varying the speed of the fan in order to get the temps closer. I've put the probes together in different places and the probes are about 0.2° apart.
