Help me figure out this shoddy made rack

I bought a 15q rubbermaid 8 drawer sweaterbox rhinoraxx from boaphile and the spacing of the drawers are off and its making me frustrated. I can barely pull out one of the drawers because it's so snug. With the spacing being inconsistent its giving me inconsistent temps/humidity from drawer to drawer. To compensate I guess I'll have to make holes in the drawers as needed? For the drawer that is very snug I thought about sanding down the whole top lip. Kinda disappointed.

Did you talk to the makers of the rack and see if they could get you a replacement that's properly made?

I haven't called yet, from reading about the terrible customer service there I wouldn't expect much. I wouldn't have any place to keep my snakes if I had to send it back and wait 8 weeks for another one to be built.

What ever you do, don't email him!!

I ordered a Ballroom Rack, 32q 6 tub rack, (2) 3x18x18 cages within a few months. He couldn't even answer a few simple questions over email.

I had to screw the Ballroom rack to the wall. Feels like it's going to fall apart. I don't know if they are all like that or mine is messed up. No way in Hell I would stand on it like he does in the ad.

2nd cage came in wrong :/

I really like the 32q rack.
    Maybe someone is slipping.

    Good luck.

My ballroom rack feels very sturdy. I had the same experience over email. I think I'm going to call him and see what he can do for me. I'm going to ask him if he can send me another rack for free and if he wants the current one back to pay for shipping.

I wish tapatalk would let you post video. I would like to show you so I could compare my rack. I dont even like moving it around. Just feels like it's going to fall apart.
    The 32q rack is awesome.
