No offence man. Instead of posting 100s of these (you've posted a few recently) just fiddle around with the morph calculator on World of Ball Pythons. I mean you have to learn sometime.

You have a point. Ive been on there and most of the odds for MANY things say 1/4 chance. I asked about it here because mystic potions aint cheap and if its that simple to make one then why the price? Just wanted to see if other people thoughts those odds were accurate.

The odds are accurate. The reason they are so expensive is mystics are still kinda rare. Plus you have to factor in the chance of getting one in a clutch is only 1/4. Those both jack the price up.

another thing that keeps the price high is the fact that potions act as a super and will not produce more potions without being bred to a mystic or mojave.

    Re: Mystic potion

A fascinating morph. I'm working on breeding them. I've got a Mojave Spider male and hopefully will have my Mystic female at the February NARBC show. Having a Spider Mojave only gives me a 1/8 shot at the mystic potion, but also gives me 1/8 shot at Spider Mystic Potions. That has only been done once to my knowledge, and by the same guy I bought the spider Mojave from. Wish me luck.

I love the portions and will be trying to grab a male mystic at the next show. It's gonna be tough, I think most breeders are keeping their males to breed to already mature mojaves
