Im a sucker for rats lol

So I bought a 6 slot rat breeding rack and 12 rats....which is pretty irrelevant to this... but anyways

Today I bought 2 rats to feed to my pinstripe bp who is only eating live.

Well when I opened the box this little bugger ran up my chest and chilled on my shoulder.

He is EXTREMELY calm and friendly....Sorry but calm and friendly doesn't make food.

I wanted to add dumbo to my breeders anyways!

So presenting Jake (from adventure time!)

Hes got dandruff tho ...but so do I haha

    No snakes anymore!

Love rats too! I bought two non-dumbos and ended up with two dubmos in the 1st litter... Too bad Daddy Rat is no longer with us! Looks like I had two hets.

Now I have one male and one female dumbo that are siblings. Gonna have to see if I can pickup a couple of non-related dumbos before I can breed them. =)

Actually that is the opposite of my thinking.
I enjoy calm and friendly rats as feeders because they are less likely to bite me or the snake, unless they are rolled up improperly, in which case any rat will defend itself.
Calm rats make feeding time much easier and a little safer too

I wanted to add dumbo to my breeders anyways!
Now that would be a pretty good reason to hold them back
