ok, just curious. Sixx, IMO, has been acting funny for the last week. can he sense that there is a new snake, bci, Ozzie, in the house??? i think that he is a but more skiddish, Todd says it is because i haven't been handling him as much. i hold him atleast 3 days a week, like always. it may be all in my head, he ate wonderfully today, i could be crazy, lack of sleep and such. anyway, just wondering if anyone noticed that there BP was looking to see who was new in the house when they got another snake. i don't want him to be mad at me!!!! he will always be my little one!!! thanks..........

Yeah I agree with Will on this one, I don't think he's jealous but he could just be intrigued by the new scent. Or perhaps the temperature change or barometric pressure. I don't think snakes could get jealous but it's certainly possible that he could smell the new addition

    Wish me luck...Im going in.....

im with you guys on the non-jealousy thing. wath now some scientis is gonna come up and prove us all wrong. and rding will comeback and say haha i was right you losers.

rding...if your BP is acting wird it could be any numer of things. but theres no doubt that that boa is putting out a scent. but even so, would a BP be able to recognize it as something he doesnt wanna be around?

Is the boa in a different part of the house? Did he maybe smell the boa on you? Agree on the jealousy (or lack thereof) - always a ton of factors going into their behavior shifting - get some sleep, bro.
