New to breeding, where to start?

Looking to start breeding next year, but trying to get everything set up now. I just got all my snakes and setups, so any other help would be appreciated! Looking to spend around $500 on a few more snakes...any thoughts on what morphs to get?

    here are my current BP's:
1.0 Pastel Het pied Ball Python
    0.1 Het pied Ball Python
2.0 66% het pied Ball Python
1.0 100% het pied Ball Python
0.1 100% Het axanthic Ball Python
0.1 Pastel 66% het axanthic Ball Python
1.0 Pastel het axanthic Ball Python
    0.1 Normal Ball Python
    0.1 Mojo Ball Python

    and my new setup/snake room

I would get a visual pied that you could prove out your het pieds with personally.

If you don't want to go that route You could get a fire and a yellowbelly for around that much.

The sky is the limit. Check out this site to see morphs/combos: http://www.worldofballpythons.com/morphs/

Then you can use this genetics calculator to see what would hapen if you bred 2 BP's together: http://www.worldofballpythons.com/wizard/

For breeding next year, the main thing is to make sure your females up to size. Not having bred my balls yet, I don't have super solid advise. Make sure you have good thermostats etc to regulate temps in all your racks. All the main stuff. As far as more purchases you can go a few different ways. If you're wanting to prove out your hets you can get a visual pied or axanthic. This way when you breed, hopefully you can prove them out and know all of your babies will at the least be 100% hets. Or you can go with a double gene male to get morphs right away. I saw your snakes in your other post by the way, very nice!
