    Wink Fun BP Poo Stories!

I think my favorite was when I had Magnus all set in his pre-shed bath, and he decided to drop a great big smelly one right there in my sink. XD You can be sure I got him out of there quick (of course not interrupting the pooping process, but as soon as he was done. He always hates his baths, but he didn't have to POO in it...) Made our bathroom stink the whole afternoon!

Why are you bathing him pre-shed? That is more likely to cause a BAD shed by removing oils essential for shedding.

He hates humidity. I keep it as high as I can without him getting cranky, and bathe him when he hits blue.
    Otherwise he gets partial sheds.

My boyfriend at any time seems to be most at risk for fun fecal happenings with the snakes. My ex had my mojave male crawling around in his shirt and got a nice wet one on his back, and again when he was holding him while watching a movie. Current boyfriend was pooped on by both the mojave male and my little fire female (he also experienced my mojo male rubbing his hemipenes all over him when we got everyone out for a group shot, maybe it's a jealousy thing? )

And then there's the time my pastel female held it for a good 4-5 months, and then had a bowel movement almost 1/3 as big as she was. It was also bigger than my roommate's dog's crap At the time she and my mojave were my first and only snakes, so I was just amazed.

Erica, we are all very appreciative of the photographic evidence. Apparently, it did happen!

My favorite moments are still when I'm awakened in the middle of the night by the sweet sound of snake flatus.

I was very excited, both at her capacity and the fact she wasn't constipated

Snake flatus is something that has to be heard to be believed. First experience with it made me feel like I was in a B rate slasher. Alone, in the dark, watching a scary movie and then pbbbbbbft from the direction of the snake rack. Was just missing the killer 15' BP

My albino girl has this weird tendency to slither all over her poo so that there's streaks of it all over her. I thought it just happened the once because she crapped in her hide and it got on her, but it's happened almost every time since. I usually wake up to find a kind of flattened turd and a poo-streaked snake curled up happily in her hide. Maybe it's just a lot more noticeable because she's so light colored. I kinda wish she wouldn't though - having to wipe her down every time she craps is getting old.
