well, things with me and rex have been goin great...until now. hes not eating. i know its common, and not a big deal, but its a downer when they dont. kinda makes you feel like you did something wrong.

Yeah....try not to let it get ya down! I know...easier said than done...but try. Was there any specific event that led to him refusing his meal? A trip to the vet? A change in his cage?

That could be it. I'd give him another week or more to settle back in. Keep handling to a minimum again, and then after that week or so, feed him like you always do. He'll most likely take it just fine.

it happens rex. the one thing to remember is, be patient.

One breeder told me something that got me in the proper frame of mind when Plissken went a month without eating, he said "I have never met a BP that has not refused food at one time or another." Look at it as another facet of your BPs personality/habits,so long as your husbandry is good,it just comes with the territory. 8)
