    Do males ever tail wag?

Ok so ive seen my female cinni wag her tail just a little bit after i put my fire male in with her so im pretty sure i know what it looks like. Now before work one afternoon i had put my cinni male in with my pastel female. I got home and asked my brother if he saw them lock up or saw any activity. He was like "yea chumlee (cinni male) was wagging his tail and kinda rubbing it on her back." I thought that was kinda weird and said thats not really normal but he seemed pretty sure of what he saw. This was a few weeks ago.

So fast forward to today. I had chumlee out, cleaned his tub and put him back in. He's kinda a spaz so he zooms around his tub for a minute then calms down and starts wagging his tail. I know he was bc his butt was at the front of the tub. He wagged it a few times for like 20seconds maybe then lift his tail and pees a little bit then goes into his hide. It looked exactly like what my cinni female did when she wagged her tail.

Im just kinda confused. Do your males ever wag their tails? I really need to learn how to pop so i can sex all my snakes. Next time i visit my local breeder ill have him show me. Im then gunna double check all mine just to be sure. Maybe its just a fluke and i have a very metrosexual male lmao

Yea ive seen my fire male do this when he goes in with the cinni girl. This was definitely back and forth tail wagging lol. He's about 1000grams. He finally went off feed like 2 weeks ago. So it could be bc hes a male that wants to breed or bc he's actually a female hitting the 1kg wall. If he turns out to be a she i wouldnt be mad lol! Idk its just weird.

Do you have a probe kit?
I haven't seen any real tail wag from my females. Can you put him with another male to see how they react?

My pastel male did the tale wag thing once at feeding time. Weird. And yes he's a male, I've gotten plugs.

I just had to go get little dude popped today to double check that he is indeed a "he" after catching him tail wagging. I'm hoping it's a sign that he's ready to show Bubbles a good time.

I have seen my male Pied do it before. I opened his tub and he starting wagging his tail.

I was all like "AAWWW Look whos all excited to see me! You are! yes you are! your a cute little pied arent you!"

Then he struck and tried to bite me >.>

He didnt find it very humorous.
